  • Very large project, but de-risked through forward funding.

  • Substantial construction costs, but limited through fixed price contract.

Swan Street, Manchester

  • Challenging planning environment but successful proactive approach to affordable housing provision.

  • Significant construction cost challenge, but mitigated through identifying alternative contractor.
